Within one working day of your enquiry, we'll reach out to schedule your free discovery call at a time that suits you.
A genuine 20-minute conversation. You ask everything you want to know. We answer honestly. No sales pressure, no obligation to proceed.
If the report feels right for your family, we book the scan session. If not, we part on good terms. Some families come back months later — that is completely fine.
Is the discovery call really free and with no obligation?
Yes. There is no credit card required, no commitment, and no pressure at the end of the call. We find that families who have the call and then decide not to proceed are still better placed than they were before — which is the whole point.
Who will I be speaking to?
The founder directly. There is no team handling enquiries, no appointment coordinators, no assistants. You speak to the same person who will do the report and the consultation.
My child is only 3 — is it too early?
Not at all. The fingerprint patterns are fully formed at birth, so the analysis is just as complete at age three. In fact, this is an excellent time to do it — understanding how your child is wired before formal schooling begins gives you the longest runway to apply what you learn. Many parents tell us they wish they'd done it even sooner.
My child is 12 — is it too late?
No. Parents of 10-to-12-year-olds consistently find this one of the most practical things they've done ahead of the PSLE and secondary school transition. Understanding your child's motivational profile and learning style at this stage gives you real tools for the years ahead — and the consultation conversation is often especially rich because you can see years of patterns finally making sense.
We're not based in Singapore — can we still do a report?
The fingerprint scan requires an in-person session in Singapore. If you are visiting or based nearby, we can often accommodate that. Get in touch and we will discuss what is possible.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Because this is a one-person practice, we keep the number of reports to a level where each family gets full attention. Availability varies — get in touch and we will give you an honest answer about current wait times.
